INGREDIENTS

50ml G12 Gin

15ml Lemon Juice

7ml Sugar Syrup

Champagne or Prosecco

METHOD

Take a champagne flute and add the G12 gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and mix together.

Top with Champagne and garnish with lemon zest.
